Meet Our Disciples
Our Disciples are determined by the Heart to Heart Ministries Board to be persons of good character, committed followers of Jesus Christ and who value people simply for who they are. These Disciples have (and continue to) undergo specific trainings and receive ministry certifications in their own passion areas. Arguably most important, these Disciples have overcome various degrees of hardship/traumas in their own lives. Through their own struggles they have found emotional healing and freedom in Jesus Christ. They serve as part of Heart to Heart Ministries because they desire nothing more than to come along side those who are hurting and walk with them, offering them hope, while pointing to the next stepping stone towards a life of victory though Jesus Christ.
ARICA DAWE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / DISCIPLE
Arica has been a counselor for over 17 years. The emotional healing through her life story is something that can only be found in Christ alone. Therefore she considers herself as one who provides Ministry. Her passion is to help women through trauma, ASD, as well as single parenting and step-parenting.
RUSS DAWE
DISCIPLE
Russ and Arica have been married for 15 years and have a blended family of 5 boys. Russ has a heart for helping men understand what it means to love your wife the way Christ loved the church. He often works in marriage situations with Arica and meets with men individually.
LORI WILLIAMS
SECRETARY / DISCIPLE
Lori is a retired medical social worker and has a passion for helping women. Her specialty areas include discipleship, teaching identity and freedom in Christ, and spiritual warfare. She also has a passion for the application of Scripture in the day to day life and prayer.
MICHELE JAKUB
BOARD MEMBER / DISCIPLE
Michele is an overcomer and loves to serve those dealing with various areas of stongholds, difficult pasts, and current situations where one needs freedom. She is also a certified animal therapy provider with her miniature horse.
VICKY HANSELING
DISCIPLE
Vicky has an unparalleled passion for Ministry. Her background as a nurse and Child Protective Services gives her great insight and compassion to walk along-side women in struggling marriages/families; victims of abuse; neglect; loss and grief.
ARLYN HANSELING
DISCIPLE
Arlyn and his wife Vicky have been married for 16 years and together, they have a blended family of 11 children (biological, step, adoption and foster). Arlyn’s passions in ministry involve teaching scriptures, helping marriages/families, blended families, and walking along side those going through the grief and bereavement.

Arica was the CEO and Licensed Professional Counselor at Heart to Heart Counseling. She founded and transitioned over to Heart to Heart Ministries because her passion is to help others find hope and emotional healing through Christ.
Arica and Russ have been married for 15 years and have five boys together. They enjoy time with family and small, quiet, get-a-ways.
Rob Demalignon
PRESIDENT
Rob works as an IT Consultant, working with companies to help accomplish their desired business
outcomes.
He loves learning about who Christ is and developing a deeper relationship with Him daily.
Rob is married to his wife Tara and they have 2 kids together.
He enjoys being outdoors and exploring God’s creation with his family.
Joel Endorf
VICE-PRESIDENT
Joel works for Aspyr Professional Group as a tax preparer & planner. He loves to teach and discuss Stewardship as a Child of God. In light of God’s love and salvation in Christ, how do I live my life and use money and possessions to do God’s work and love my neighbor?
Lori Williams
SECRETARY / DISCIPLE
Lori is a retired Medical Social Worker. Lori has completed an internship with Infusion Ministries out of Knoxville, TN where she has learned the skills to help others walk in their identity and freedom in Christ. Lori has also completed coursework with Deeper Walk Ministries.
Lori has been married to Craig for 37 years. They have 3 adult daughters, 3 son-in-laws, and 7 grandchildren. When not serving others she enjoys reading, walking and kayaking.
Lisa Bennett
TREASURER
Lisa works part-time as a grant writing-consultant. She also enjoys leading women’s Bible studies. Her passion is “to sustain with a word him who is weary.” (Isaiah 50:4b)
Lisa has been married to Steve for 35 years, they have one daughter/step-daughter and five grandchildren. Together they enjoy cooking, traveling, hiking, and reading.
Michele Jakub
BOARD MEMBER / DISCIPLE
Michele has a passion for non-profit ministries and seeing people find freedom and growth in their relationship with Christ. She has a heart to disciple those who are pursuing healing and wholenss in their walk with Christ.
Michele and Marv farm together and have been married for 30 years. They have 4 grown children, and 3 beautiful grandchildren. In their spare time they enjoy spending time with family, camping, horses and music.
Pastor Curt Coddington
PREVIOUS BOARD PRESIDENT & RETIRED PASTOR / DISCIPLE
A tremendous thank you is owed to Pastor Curt Coddington for his leadership and vision within Heart to Heart Minsitries. Pastor Curt is and was a gifted teaching/preaching pastor with a burning passion for people to learn to live in the freedom of their new identity in Christ. Curt modeled a true father’s and shepherd’s heart for many of those he taught & discipled. This ministry would not be where it is today without his consistent leadership, devotion, and encouragement. His heart’s desire in ministry was to create: #ASafePlaceforHurtingPeople
(In Memory of) Pastor Brad D Johnson
PREVIOUS BOARD MEMBER & ASSOCIATE PASTOR / DISCIPLE
If Heart to Heart Ministries ever had a cheerleader, it would have been Pastor Brad D Johnson. He poured his heart and soul into this ministry meeting people exactly where they were and bringing them closer to the heart of Christ. Brad modeled Christ’s love and mercy to each person he met, and was quick to share tears with those who were hurting. We are forever blessed to have had him as a Discipleship Counselor in Heart to Heart Ministries during the last several years of his life. His legacy lives on in us as we continue to: #MakeMuchofJesus
